Can I install Dinan upgrades on my own

Hello I just order some Dinan Upgrades for my brothers BMW 545i 2005. Exact same car as mine only white. Anyways I order him the Air intake, throttle body, and exhaust, I know the exhaust I am going to pay someone to get it install.
But what I want to know is if the Intake I can install it myself without paying someone else to do it, and same goes for the throttle body. Has anyone done this and how hard is it?
