Lowbeam for Bi-xenon Headlights are Either D1S or D2S... and your fogs are 9006.

If you have halogen, I'm not sure which bulb is it.

Check out Sylvania's website, they have a comprehensive list although it is not always 100% accurate. Low beam xenons will be D2S for the pre-08 models. Your car has bixenons so the lows and highs are the outer xenon beam, the inner beam is an H7.

ok so the Im seeing D2S and D1S for replacement so im not sure which it is. i thought it was D1S and the H7 is a halogen beam for the highs along with the shutter for the D1S to creat the high. im confused haha. so order a D2S and a H7 halogen to replace both high an low? i could have sworn i say what looked like a silver ignition box inside where the bulb would go, isnt that D1S?
thanks for all ur help

u have to remove ur headlight and check. Thats the only way. I dunno why BMW did that. Most likely, it is D1S but could very well be D2S.

The Pre-LCI cars used a D2S bulb, the post-LCI use a D1S so that's why Sylvania lists both.

ah i see, but could you possibly have it backwards? i believe i saw a d1s when i took mine apart for the angel eyes, i could be mistaken but i do remember seeing a big silver box thing that said osram, that would be d1s correct?

they had lci models in 07? i thought that was just for 08+
