Hey bro, since u have a 525i have u thought about doing the 3 stage intake manifold? It's quite popular among the e9x crowd. Ask long and see what he says about it cuz if u get that plus the AA software your supposed to make 260ish!
the 3 stage intake manifold + Active Autowerkz software is more or less mechanical. heres a thread from e90post. im currently talking to mmw about their headers and midpipe
Now there's a performance mod worth doing!! I've got the N52B30 engine in my car and I would also be very interested in doing this upgrade. The topic was discussed at some length in this thread and from what I understood at the time, we are basically trying to mimic the 3 stage manifold high-output setup on the E60 530i.

I'm noticing people asking the same thing over and over and I want to comment.
You CANNOT use a BMS Powerbox, Sprint Booster, or Velocity Booster in combination. It will not work.

You can use a sprint booster or velocity booster with the BMS. You have to put it in mode 7. Mode 7 eliminates the throttle map from the BMS PB so you can use your own product if you so choose or no map at all.
