putting on a spoiler on soon and i was wondering if i should just use the 3M tape or if i should use the 3M tape in conjunction with Betalink k2? i heard it may mess up the paint. any suggestions would helpful thanks

I used betalink very strong stuff, must be ok its oem

Betalink if you are never going to remove it. 3m only if you think there is a chance you might want to remove it later....you can always 3m it first and see how you like it...if you want it permanently re-apply the spoiler with the betalink.....the stuff is serious and if you try to remove say a roof spoiler (attached to glass), there is a chance you could shatter the glass trying to remove it....IMO

i use 3M adhesive for everything, its good because when you need to take it off, its a lot easier than betalink to remove

I used betalilnk becasue my spoilers were not a perfect fit so betalink was the only thing strong enough to hold it down

Like said above, if the fitment is good and sits well, then 3m should be fine....i've never had any of mine fly off lol

betalink is messy so you need to take your time, but it works very well as a permenent install.
