pretty cold responses in this thread.

why are people so concerned with how HE is spending HIS money??

OP - from what you have said you have the perfect car mins the HP. You added HP and made this car everything you want and need. Once the idle thing is fixed your car will be 100% perfect for you! Good work and awesome mod! Cant wait to see the dyno results as well.

I couldnt have put it better myself! THANKS A LOT! And I agree 110%. I will definitely be letting you know about the results!

I compliment you on your choice of mods, One day I will get one of those.....
Some people dont realize that it is a lot easier to do such a drastic mod like this to a car that's already paid off.
Sure I could take 10k+ and upgrade my 530 to a 545/550....then add another 10k for mods...wait a minute...I might as well get an M5...
Anyway, nice to see an e60 with a blower!!!!! GOOD LUCK!!!!

Keep us informed, I'm sure all the i6 guys are watching this topic carefully...do you have any pics while doing the install?

Jashy, Ignore all these people. Its your money and you do what you want. I love the upgrade and people forget to mention that, they say they can get an M5 / 550i .. You must forget insurance on that. Insurance is probably double to what I have right now.

Its an awesome mod bro. I can't wait to see it next week.

+1 perhaps he makes 7 figures and its chump change... its all how you perceive it... i pay 10k+ in property taxes; i much rather pay 10k for a supercharger. heres another perspective, a friend of mine got snagged with dwi, after all the cost that's involved with fines, attorneys, insurance, etc... its 10k+ what good is having money if you dont spend it?

jashy247, enjoy the blower

Doesn't ESS have an SC for the 530? Wonder how the two compares.

That's a mighty expensive mod but power is priceless. There is no substitute for power. And there can never be enough power.

You probably have one of the fastest 530s on the road. Congrats bro and use it well. You have modded your car into a killer sleeper.
