is it possible to replace resonators later? and how big r they?does it fit in our car? so i can bring it home. i'm thinking of removing them as well. is there big sound differance? i want my B&B sound louder~ and how much for just removing them and put straight pipe?

My experience was that removing resonators increased the hum of the exhaust at highway speeds. I only removed the large on and replaced it to get rid of the hum.

It's not a video any more, it's an MP3. Try an MP3 player and it should work. I play it with Window media player. I may have to remove it from the web site soon.

My Ride: '01 BMW M5
Silverstone/black luxury
I heard this car the other day at startup and idle. It is quite loud (even for me). Definately a strong resonance tone throughout the lower revs, but very barky up to 3k rpm. It sounds very nice. As far as looks, the canisters are huge and full out the bumper cutout very nicely. Now I just want to hear it at full song pulling away from me. We msut so a little video shoot in the coming week Jeff. I think your car might be louder . Also, join us at our dyno meet in the near future. We would love to see what your car pulls in comparison to the new and old M5s.

My Ride: 2004 545i - 6 speed manual (July 04 build), silver-grey/black, sports package std equipment (18", active roll, active steering, adaptive headlights), premium sound, bluetooth enabled, folding rear seat, lumbar, 3m hood/bumper protective film, rear tint, euro reflectors.
I would imagine you get a pretty hefty vibration at highway cruising without the resonators???
