So now just to be clear.
You dont need navigation...normal idrive will work (smaller screen)
You DO need an aux input
Have you installed this on a non nav screen? (the smaller screen)
If so, how does it look? is the quality still as good as with nav?

I emailed Garry Romani (GRomani@bmwofnewport.com) for the E60.net discount price on the Aux retrokit part# 65120153502 and he said $60 plus shipping.. BavAuto.com had it for $79.95.. waiting to hear from my dealer on labor/install price.

I installed Plug and Play kit on M5 today, everything worked as it supposed to be,
Installation is 100% plug and play, no need to tap or cut wires, DIY will be available in couple days.
