Wow 5-8 actual hours compared to 1.75 in the SIB. I wonder how BMW calculate estimated time.
I agree. Task involve lots of trim to be removed, so 1.75hr is unrealistic.

Cool.. Thanks. The next main question would be: playing DVD player in moving car

I think this was showstopper to many trying to go for ACM Module, since u cannot play dVD in a moving car, only when Shift is in Park mode.

Try using TV Free Module...I have it on my car...even the stock tv on the car is still on when the car moves at any speed...it's an easy to use module...when the car moves, the screen of the tv is covered by a warning saying that it is dangerous for the driver to watch tv while vehicle is moving or something, so what i do is i press the menu button for 3 seconds. it goes back to the main idrive screen , so go back in to tv mode...the tv previews without no cut-off when moving on any speed...

i think it will funtion do the same for this acm module...

What I can say again, my pocket will start talking from now on

But, where is the info/trip computer screen on the right side? (which with OEM TV is visible)

ACM screen takes over iDrive screen, so there is no more mini windown on the right

Don't worry buddy, I'll take you to a nice full service "đấm b?p" place near the office to take your mind of the pain

The english installation seems to have a section on a Red wire that needs to be disconnected from one plug to allow the ACM to work even at speeds. Maybe that's what's needed here.

"In countries in which image reproduction is
permitted up to a particular speed, the red cable
from PIN 2 must be disconnected at branch A1, insulated
and tied back."
