Hi Midget,

You're the man!
Thank you very much for your help and here are the results after 9 hours of work from planning to tool clean up. No DVD or Cam yet.

This is before setting "Auto Position". The screen is offset by 1/3 to the left although ACM screen is correct.

This is after setting "Auto Position" and screen position is correct. For those of you who've complained that there is no temperature gauge. Here it is

I spoke to NAVTV2go guys in NYcity, they said they will do install+part+rearcam ($190) = $999/- so was bit leaning towards it.

I was hoping to hook it upto a CARPC, but looks like no VGA input on any of these modules.

Whether is DIY job or not depend on how you familiar with your car. If you can install M5 mirror, this job might be for you but it's just a little more involving.
You need three or four sets of glove to protect your hand

All tasks are mentioned in installation instruction that someone have posted on this forum.

Complete job takes 5 to 8 hours, 1 cup of coffee, 3 wine coolers and 2 slices of pizza

ACM has Aux as well. I only had to have the aux-in coded by the dealer after I installed the ACM module. The coding of Aux In was 5 minute job.

Ohh .. I read somewhere ACM needs AUX installed.. so I guess it means just need to be programmed.

So u just took it to dealer and they programmed it for u? Didnt say anything about warranty?

I have non-NAV car, so ACM should work fine?

The rear view camera was quite expensive, I believe around EUR 400 (which would be USD 560 with current exchange rates).

I don't have the front camera (front camera's are actually 2 cameras with wide angles that cover the left, front and right).

The digitial TV module for E 60 constist of Parts; 65120414739 for cable; 65120415082 for E60 new trim piece; 65120412998 for the actual tuner; 2 times 65120412999 for the antenna's.

If you have built in the ACM then adding the camera or Digital TV is a piece of cake.
Good Luck.
