You are correct sir. Thank you. This is what it should have said:

3.2" pulley - K060888 (13/16" x 89 1/2" OC)
3.1" pulley - K060888 (13/16" x 89 1/2" OC)
3.0" pulley - K060885 (13/16" x 89 1/8" OC)

Me too! It sort of already is. A buddy and I couldn't help but laugh out loud when we took it out for a test drive. It's just so torquey. Was sort of funny to accept that we were in a ~4000lb car.

Yeah, something about what we did made the exhaust note sound cleaner. It's almost as if you can hear each piston firing. The cats probably had a lot to do with that as well. PM me if/when you're in Seattle next and we can grab a burger or something and chat cars.

Nice Results
The pully size will control the amount of air that the charger will flow. So on a std car the pully was set up for 7psi but with you full exhause it only taking 4.5psi to flow the same amount of air as if it was running 7 psi with restrictive exhaust.
If you go up in pully size make sure the tune will accomodate for the extra air even though you are still under the 7psi.
Just my 2 cents

After reading this I wish I bought a Petrol e60
Love it

Sweet. Give the PNW crew a jingle or drop me a PM. We've got a great gang of auto enthusiasts up here that love cold beers.

Brilliant!

This is something that I did not consider. You are the man. Thank you for bringing this up.

So you are suggesting that perhaps the fuel delivery demands will be higher with the kit running at 7PSI on this 550i than say a factory 550i with the kit running at the rated 7PSI? That makes sense actually since it will take more air to satisfy the rated 7PSI on this engine with the ESS kit than say a regular 550i with the ESS kit. Will drive the car over to the dyno to check the AFR's before flogging the beast to make sure it's good to go. Let me buy you a beer sometime.

John was willing to install a new o2 sensor on my exhaust today. It was the wideband that usually goes before the cayalytic converter:

Ended up getting the following two pulleys in the mail as well:

Can't wait to yank the 3.2" pulley and install one of these...plan on doing this today.

Oh, also picked up another vent pipe thingy. Had an explosion the other day and leaked some coolant. It was this piece that cracked. Ended up fixing it with some temporary hosing, but look forward to putting this in to bring things up to factory standards:
