Hey fellow members,
I wanted to share a sound clip I took. Though it's a pretty informal recording - taken on my phone with windows up - I wanted to get some opinions about the sound. The car is an 04 545i and has a Remus cat-back exhaust, charcoal filter removed, K&N filter, and the wonderful Sprint Booster. Thanks!!!

I almost went with the Remus, but it didn't fit so I went with Magnaflow...Never looking back!

Car sounds great!
Good to hear some sound clips. I am new to the forum and have been trying to hear various clips of intake and exhaust which are almost non existent. Did you notice a difference in power/sound when you performed the charcoal filter removal and K&N filter upgrade?

Thanks for the replies guys! r1, man, I gotta see that machine of yours someday! You're definately inspiring me to keep modding away lol. Hyper_545, I didn't notice any changes in sound with the charcoal filter removal. The K&N filter has been on for months - there was a very slight intake whoosh sound when that mod was done. I did notice smoother throttle response with both upgrades, though seat-of-pants estimates of power increases are quite subjective and unscientific. However, it FEELS better with both mods, so they remain
