Hi all, I know there has been many threads on both of these topics, but has anybody had experience of Autologic re-map, alongside a K&N filter replacement? I have looked into the numerous options of a re-map and felt that Autologic was a good buy, knowing that they develop the dianostic machines for BMW. I am unsure about the filter, whether or not to have one put on prior to the re-map or what, and should I use a K&N knowing that they can be quite oily? Any help or advice would be much appreciated.

welcome. the majority of members here, if they do not have an intake, have a k&n. i too have heard about the filter being quite oily but i also heard from somewhere that it becomes only an issue if the car is tracked constantly. you could put the filter in at any time. id say sooner, to let her breathe a little better
