My Ride: (E60) 535D M-Sport (DMS)
They are very impressive figures.
So with that re-map, it will take a standard 530D to way past a standard 535D & only 20ish BHP behind a re-mapped 535D. Kinda surprising but the RR figures speak for themselves.
I know a DMS 535D puts out about 506lbsft (not sure what the nm is), so it's not a great deal more than your re-mapped 530D.

it is but it can be done without probs by Heinz, he is not let you exagorate and force the performance of your car or at least they mention that too you so they are not only doing it to get more money you know, they care about their customers...

later on, I took it to an independent dyno to measure.
Std 272 hp remap 329,7 at 4150 rpm Aprox 20% gain
560 Nm 660 Nm 17%
Speed limitator was eliminated too
Upsolute is said to apply conservative modification to original software.
Since it is delivered only with Steptronic gearbox, it has a fluid torque converter. Thus eliminating clutch problems although causing some loss of inmediate torque transmission to wheels.

although normally it depends on how the engine is tweaked for example the 350z spec r has 20bhp more than the standard car and 11nm less ... 
A remapped 530d (218bhp) reliably only should reach 260bhp max so dont worry mate. You still got a cracker of the car. As i have tried to explain on a number of occasions, max torque does not matter, torque distribution does.
If you tweak the ignition timings and the rate at which the piezo(is that spelled right)-injectors open and close, while keeping a certain level of boost from the turbocharger, you can achieve higher torque, while at the same time not increasing the horsepower figure
/immediate, stop advertising that tuner all the time

Having spent vast sums modifying my RS6 & also modifying 2 of my previous cars, i'm fairly up to speed with what's possible & not possible in the tuning world & i'm sorry but the gains you quote are just not achievable from purely a re-map on any car.
According to BMW's website, the standard power of an E60 530D is 231BHP & Torque is 500NM, so i'm sorry to say that 80BHP & 200NM are not possible gains from a re-map alone. The tuners Rolling Road is either totally screwed or your car has undergone more severe modifications than just a re-map.
As above, i spent over ?14000 to get an extra 116BHP & 150NM out of a twin turbo V8 with a 450BHP starting point. The re-map involved cost about 10% of the overall modification costs & provided about 50% of the power & torque gains.
The BMW figures for a 535D are 272BHP & 560NM so my gains according to DMS are 60BHP & 127NM which are far more realistic to me. My figures are stated by DMS, i've not had the car rolling roaded. In the UK, DMS are viewed as the BMW re-mapping gods.
I'm not trying to pick a fight & i'm certainly not calling you a liar, but something somewhere is not quite right with the figures you're been given. The main thing is your happy & you've seen a significant difference in your cars performance, but the figures i'd be questioning if i were you.
