166 style rims question

I saw a guy selling the 166 rims, staggered setup, but he says that the rims are et15, do they even make that size, or are they replicas????
I thought it was:
M5 offset (et12 / et28)
M6 offset (et12 / et17)
So where did he get the et15 all the way around from????

most likely reps...the offsets you mentioned are the only OEM offsets AFAIK
