Has any of you guys seen or heared this before?
1.Burns better, save gasoline 5%~20%
2.Renew battery,prolong battery's life by up to 200%
3.Boosts horsepower obviously
4.Starts easier by low battery efficiency

I am planning to get this mod for the stepwgn and the guys at the stepwgn club say the pickup is faster and saved fuel too.
I will try it in the BM and let you guys know if it works or not.

its sounds like a capacitor for your battery similar to what you would use with car audio?

Best for gasoline vehicles with engine power under 2.5 Liter which are used over 3 years or with mileage over 50,000kms.
