Nice setup. No doubt AFE makes quality intakes! Although, i doubt that you can make 27HP on the dual cone setup on a stock N54. It will be nice if you can do a before and after dyno to prove those numbers.

Didn't you notice any low end torque loss? It was noticeable when i installed the dual cone intakes on my car. Also, you have to really step on the gas to hear those turbos spool with your windows down. Can't hear them in a closed cabin. Just sharing my personal experience and i'm wondering if you experienced the same.

With my Logic intake which dosn't match up to the quality of AFE I'm sure, I can hear the turbo spool up big time! Even with the windows up!

Thanks ObD! I think I better lay off the crack! .. I just looked under my hood and found the same thing, guess I couldn't see it as well with all that dust under my hood! Need to get it cleaned up asap!

Jesus...between the Dinan Remap and an AFE Intake, you got yourself quite a beast. It almost makes you wonder if it's worth getting a 550...
No reason to get the Dinan flash. The main reason to pay the Dinan markup is because of the warranty. It clearly states in the Dinan warranty, not to use unauthorized aftermarket parts. If you go Dinan, you should use only Dinan parts. Earn your 10 points and get the Dinan badge.

There are other tunes that get much better hp numbers than Dinan, for less money.

Nice, I have been reading about it. It has been getting great reviews and huge dyno numbers. Totally v81/2.92 diagnostically hidden. Total plug and play, no external ground wires. The install pics look very clean. They put a lot thought into it. Less than half the price of the Dinan flash, with better hp gains and can easily be removed for service visits.
