lol, I guess I deserve that. Yes I have checked the bass setting, it is all the way up and I have it set to Theatre Setting. I also used the INPALOAD app to test the sound and it is dead silent when testing the subwoofers.

The non Logic7 systems also have them. They have one less subwoofer that the L7. Not sure where the third subwoofer would be with the L7.

I hate to say it, but there could be a problem with your amp/tuner.

OK, I can eliminate a blown speaker or incorrect EQ settings. I removed one of the subs and connected it to a different sound source and it works perfectly. I looked at the amplifier connections and everything is intact. Is there is a different connection for the subs? Could the amp be faulty affecting only the subwoofer output. Any help would be appreciated........

Amp could be faulty affecting only the subs, but it's more likely a wiring issue. I'd try to eliminate that before looking into replacing/fixing the amp. Try to go from cheapest to more expensive while eliminating - that'll save you a few

I would agree with the wiring if it only happened to one sub, but what atre the odds that all three subs are wired incorrectly? The OP stated that the wiring looks good at the source. Maybe he could ohm them out for continuity to the correct location and then embrace himself for a new amp, if the wiring checks out.

Thanks guys, but what is there to check for in a connection, where do I even begin to look for a wiring problem? The 2 connections to the amp look secure and intact. When I take the smaller connection out, I see a small red small. Not sure what else to look for.

I believe there is a separate amp for the subs. Check to see if it's functioning first before you mess with the wiring.

Logic 7 only has two subs

Really? Does anyone know where the second amplifier is located?
