So I have had my car for a few years now and I am just realizing that I dont have any subwoofers in my 05 545i with Logic 7? Is this normal? I was using the INPALOAD to test the sound and I notice the subwoofers were not responding, so i looked under my front seats and ther is nothing there. PLS Help explain anybody. Am I not suppose to have a set? Thank you.

What exactly are you seeing under the seats?

Nothing at all, just the white/yellow foam/pad for the seat.

They should be in the floor not in the base of the seat

Sounds like you may be looking "under the seats" literally... they are on the floor as healthservices has indicated. The only way you would have an empty cavity there is if the PO took them out for some reason since the Logic7 system has them.

OK, I have since located where the subs are located. But they don't seem to work; I put my ear down there and I dont hear or feel anything? What could be wrong?

Have both subs blown?
Are they possibly missing?
Is there a setting that turns them off?

Please HELP!

There is a bass setting in your idrive... I would assume you checked that already, but then again you were looking on the underside of your seats for the subs
