The LCI "upgrades" are cosmetic, and in my opinion pre-LCI models look better so I wouldn't pay. The navi system (as others have mentioned) is weak compared to aftermarket products so I wouldn't pay. The horsepower difference is not noticeable so I wouldn't pay. The extra year of warranty? Odds are you won't even use it (especially not 9 grand worth), so I wouldn't pay.

I am not sure you have driven/owned both: pre-lci then lci then pre-lci. The cosmetic changes are nice but the quality build of a lci is way better than the pre-lci.
