Default Wiring Custom Lighting to Welcome Lights

This is my first post so I apologize if anything is weird. I have done a lot of work both performance and aesthetic. I bought these lights for the exterior of my car and I would like them to light up with the welcome lights on my car but I don’t know if it’s possible or extremely hard or how to approach it. I could just wire it into a fuse that comes on with ignition but I want it to work with welcome lights, so I figure it needs to be a fuse that is always one but don’t want them running unless the car is on or I turn on the welcome lights. Any suggestions?

I wired a strip of blue neon between my arm rest and fabric on the doorcard from my puddle lights which come on once you unlock the car??
