I have a 2004 525i with 15k miles. I am taking it back to the dealer next week for the 4th time for noises/ creaks etc in windows. Any similar problems...they seem aware of the problem, but cannot seem to fix it.

 

This problem happens to almost all members here. Suggestion is clean the seal and door frame where the seal contacts regularly (weekly/bi-weekly) with soap and water.

yep, just wipe down the rubber part and the metal frame and you will be good to go. A damp rag with water is what I use every wash on all four door seals
