Its worth a shot.
Unplugged blue plug and she fired right up. What is IBS and can I drive it blue unplugged?

Great! I had the same exact problem. Glad you tried that before charging. If you leave the IBS unplugged, the alternator will not be able to adjust your charge rate which will affect your gas mileage and also [might] damage your battery in the long run.

You'll need to replace the IBS to fix it.

I bought this one and you'll need both of the adapters.

you can definitely drive it till you get replacement parts. I just wouldn’t wait to long.
