Thumbs up

Hi There I am Selling a set of 17" Wheels from my BMW E61 and I have had enquirys asking if they will fit a BMW E39.
I Really don't know the answer.
If They wont Fit is there anything at all that can be done to make them fit?
I would appreciate any help on this matter.
Thank you

Original E60/61 wheels will not fit in E39 because of the smaller wheel hub size.
E60's hub bore is 72,56mm and E39's is 74,1mm.

To fit E60 wheels to E39 you should enlarge the hub of the wheel by drilling and I don't recommend that, even if it was made by a professional.

edit: What wheels are they?

Hi Anzafin
Yes That is Correct
The link to the wheels was spot on, and I will now advertise them and provide the link so people can check for themselves.
I knew it wouldnt be simple to fit them to an E39, But Unfortunately its only E39 owners that have made any enquirys about them.
Wouldnt it have been simple if BMW had standardised the hubs across the whole of their range?
Typical BMW

E60 wheels don't look good on e39's imo, tho' I have seen 123's on e39 before...
