...SAAB...
Residuals are low (if reselling) so lease rates are high...

Perhaps the "experience" is worth it.

Obviously how much driving you can get done due to poor reliability will be more than made up by the pose factor.

There was a forum topic earlier about what other cars did u look at before buying your e60.

So now perhaps it would be nice to know what your next car would be? Same e60? Different engine? Diesel? a 7 series? ???

I would get the new model 5 series when it comes out, and i would go for the most powerfull diesel. OR I would go for the upcomimng X6. i always liked the X5 but found that the drop in performance was too big a minus point. If the X6 is a nice cross between the X5 and the 5 series, then I would be tempted.

For me diesel torque is still the ruler !!

7 series is tempting - especially since the future model seems like it will be a winnder with style. But for now its still too big for me.

Love my 550 and so I'll have this for at least next 3-4 years. Looking into the future I see the following possible outcomes.

2007 - 2008 Replacement for our A4. 335i coupe, next generation A4, and Mini Cooper

2009 - 2010 F10, used 7, 911 or something else.

Is that based on actual data or just an assumption that quality is poor?

For the next car, I am considering the following (coming from an E90 today)

E60 535d
- Sapphire/Beige/Dark Popular with ProNav, Comfort Seats, Comfort Access, Dynamic Drive, Bluetooth, Heated rear seats, Automatic rear blind and side blinds, TV, Adaptive Xenons, HUD, Logic7, Sunroof, Extended Lighting Pack, Sports Steering Wheel (heated), high-beam assistant, through load system, soft close doors

May drop some of the options as it is showing up at ?106,000 with that spec.
