lol I thought this shyt only happens in Jersey.. What part of GCP ? The GCP by La Guardia airport the road is pretty messed up and there is no way to avoid the big potholes I drive slow there too. In NYC most of people drive fast during rush hours, its the weekend drivers who kill it on the weekends..

I see these type of drivers everyday here in Jersey driving bellow the speed limit on the left lane, or trying to pass with the same speed as the car next to them, putting make up on, eating while driving and blocking the traffic.. Do these people have brains ? or bother to look in the mirror and see the traffic they causing ? I don't get it..

There are way too many dickheads that intentionally drive slow on the far left lane, for what reason? I have no idea.

After putting on the m5tech bumper and HID angel eyes. The dicks in front of me drive even slower. I see them adjusting their rear view mirror to slow down and stare at the HID angel eyes or whatever they are staring at behind them.

Those of you who do drive slow (slower than the posted speed limit) two words for you...

Fuck you.

One problem with tailgating it happen to me two years ago, this moron a 19 years old kid was driving within bellow the 50 on the 55 mph so i flashed the lights so he can get the hell out of left lane, well he didn't. I started tailgating him so he started picking up some speed but not enough we were doing about 65 mph the son of bitch slammed the brakes brought his car to a full stop!! I could see his back of the car go up. I slammed the brakes but there was no way in hell i could stop the car without hitting him.. I hit the car on the back.. This was the first time in my life that i though of literally killing someone. I just wanted to run him over and back up and run him over again.. Just saying you never know who you dealing with..

Well If you are behind me in a neighborhood then you are going pissed to all hell. I am sorry but they have 25mph for a reason. I have children that play outside and EVERYBODY at sometimes enters the street without 100% attention on traffic. I would never want to see any person hit because somebody feels their life is sooo important that driving 45+ in a neighborhood will get them to their final destination 30 seconds faster. I can understand the frustration on city streets and highways but not where houses are.

If you think me driving slow would piss you off you may not want to do it in front of my house. I had some A$$hole in a nicely polished and cleaned up Audi S5 flying down my street. He was going much faster than the posted 25mph. Just so happens that I was in the yard watering the flowers and the kids were in the driveway playing hockey, When he was going past my house, I haphazardly overshot my flowers and he drove through a full stream of water. Needless to say he stopped and was not happy. My response was, well sir, if you were doing 25 i am pretty sure you would not have been in front of my house when I mistakenly sprayed water in the street. HAHAHA.

I NEVER get pissed, you may be the one to get pissed if you force a match between me and you on a local street by you intentionally trying to impede traffic, even if you feel that someone is going too fast. Because I WILL get around you, believe that. And by you spraying water or anything like that, that will increase the chances of an accident more so than someone doing 35 in a 25. You can't seriously expect anyone here to believe that when on your local street you NEVER drive above 25mph, not even for a minute. 25mph is almost a crawl. I say, let the police ticket the speeders they can catch and everyone else move out of the way. Playing police will only get you or someone else hurt.

lol, sounds like to me that if you drive down his street fast you WILL be slowed down until you can get around or you WILL get wet. And by your reply, despite claims otherwise, it's probably safe to assume you WILL get pissed as well.

Yea he may slow me down for a second or two if he tries to block me, but there's really no way to stop me from going around him, it's a lost cause to try and police the road like that. And I live in NYC so there's really nothing anyone can do to piss me off on the road, I've seen it all. I just step on the gas and get away from people and if it's me in the way, I move over. I'm really not concerned about what anyone is doing or why they are driving fast or slow. And I really don't car about getting a free car wash from this guy either.

What I'm saying is that most people that take it upon themselves to police the road do more harm than good. You only disrupt the flow of traffic, cause others to hafta make all types of lane changes to get around you and the worst case scenario is you'll find yourself in a road rage confrontation, especially if you think that everyone is just going to let you spray them with water.

Also, you nuts that impede traffic are breaking the law and are no better then the people you say are speeding;

(1) A person, without authority, shall not block, obstruct, impede, or otherwise interfere with the normal flow of vehicular or pedestrian traffic upon a public street or highway in this state, by means of a barricade, object, or device, or with his or her person. This section shall not apply to persons maintaining, rearranging, or constructing public utility facilities in or adjacent to a street or highway.

(2) A person who violates this section is responsible for a civil infraction.

169.15 Impeding traffic.

No person shall drive a motor vehicle at such a slow speed as to impede or block the normal and reasonable movement of traffic except when reduced speed is necessary for safe operation or in compliance with law or except when the vehicle is temporarily unable to maintain a greater speed due to a combination of the weight of the vehicle and the grade of the highway.

A person commits the offense of impeding traffic if the person drives a motor vehicle or a combination of motor vehicles in a manner that impedes or blocks the normal and reasonable movement of traffic.

(2) A person is not in violation of the offense described under this section if the person is proceeding in a manner needed for safe operation.

(3) Proceeding in a manner needed for safe operation includes but is not necessarily limited to:

(a) Momentarily stopping to allow oncoming traffic to pass before making a right-hand or left-hand turn.

(b) Momentarily stopping in preparation of, or moving at an extremely slow pace while, negotiating an exit from the road.

(4) A person is not in violation of the offense described under this section if the person is proceeding as part of a funeral procession under the direction of a funeral escort vehicle or a funeral lead vehicle.

ALSO;

Are you one of those Drivers that sites in the left hand lane and wont let people pass?

I am here to tell you that it is against the law. I was pulled over for Impeding Traffic. And this wasn't what you are thinking. I was one of two cars on the road and I happened to pass a police officer and when I noticed him, I pulled in front of him and slowed down. Bad Move!

He said that I was impeding traffic, so I asked him what that meant. He said if you are in the left hand lane and you are not passing, then it is called Impeding traffic. I said what if I am going 5-10 mph over the speed limit? He said it doesn't matter. It is just as dangerous as speeding, because you get a lot of angry drivers behind you and who knows what will happen.

So if you are in the left hand lane pass and then get back over to the right.
