My Ride: 2005 E60 BMW 525i - BIRTHDAY- 11/04 - EXTERIOR- Amethyst Gray Metallic. INTERIOR- Beige Dakota Leather w/Dark Poplar Grain Wood. OPTIONS- Automatic Transmission, Premium Package, Cold Weather Package, 6-disc CD changer, Bluetooth using Verizon Raza V3c phone, SIRIUS Satellite Radio. ADD-ON's- 545i Chrome Grill, Euro Red Reflectors, Factory all-weater matts & Factory Coat-Hanger.

OK just got the car back from ver. 17.1 upgrade and my passenger side airbag warrning, well for that I guess I need some part that has been on back order for weeks but I do not have the i-drive warning or pic of airbag showing, the service sheet said "Found that the seat occupency detector for the passenger seat was currently present with no other faults stored in system. Ordered a new 0C3 Mat, on back order." anyone know what that part actualy is for???
He said it took my car 2.5 times to load 17.1 (said I had 16.1) he was supposed to try to get me some kind of list for 17.1 updates but said he couldn't but was told it did fix some radio problems (I always had RDS) and i-drive fix's.

Also when I said I had some blue tooth echo noise the service sheet said "Control unit communication (transceiver) software error / internal device fault. 8410007 Checking function of telephone (with diagnosis and information system) 557 WC4 0.04
6100811 Programming encoding control unit" Can anyone actualy translate that for me in english
