What is required for navigation retrofit installation?

I have a '05 530i without Nav. I recently purchased a Nav monitor, CCC CD and antenna to upgrade to navigation. I was told that I also need the following. Can anyone help with letting me know if this is correct? Do I need a cable from CCC unit to antenna? If so, what is part number?

65826921669 Cover with switch
65826941801 Controller
