I used to have that anti-trap message where my window used to stop going up and rolled down. I don't know if it went away on its own, or my service guys did something after my last oil change. Either way, it went away. As for the brakes and rotors, it's fairly easy job if you're somewhat handy with cars. While they're out, might as well paint the rotors Either way, best of luck!
