If I wanted to sell this to someone I know, what is a fair price with 55k miles. It has a ton of option - NAV, heads up, park dist control, etc. The bluetooth works, and I have the iPod kit. I may toss in the set of snow tires. Besides a set number, it is fair to say 3-5K over the current auction price or is KBB more accurate? I was thinking of either sellling it now or closer to teh spring.

When I bought my car about a month and a half ago they were going between $20k-$23k wholesale (ie, dealer purchasing at auction) depending on the options.

It depends how 'well' you know the purchaser. If you want to give them a deal, then give them a deal. If you want to give them a better price than KBB, than do that. Or somewhere in between...

I'd say around 24K would be fair both of you depending on what your local market is looking like. Some areas an 04 545I CPO maybe selling for 25K and a time zone away its selling for 28K.

Thanks. I do have some time left on my CPO warranty too. Chris
