Concerning the last question, I believe for Canadian cars, there is no such thing as the cold-weather package. With the Premium package, you get the heated seats, the heated steering wheel and possibly the headlight washers - but I'm not 100% sure about the washers.

Kidding, the new '08s and above have that. Not sure if it was an option or if it's included in the Premium package.
