Super Pissed - Car got wrecked.
Some idiot trying to make a left turn from my right just wrecked my car.......... I wonder how long it will take and much his insurance would have to pay to restore my car.....

Your bumper reinforcement is probably ok and the left side is good, but a bumper is 900 and the hood over $1000.
Is that wheel just turned or is the suspension damaged?

That does hurt. Fender, wheel well liner, bumper cover and hood, install, repaint and you'll be good to go.
Shouldn't take more than two weeks unless shops are extra busy.
Only get OEM parts and use a BMW recommended shop that does high end cars. That way you'll be happier with the outcome.
