For my $$, I would require navigation. But that's a rather difficult option to find on 525/530's (did lots of searching in January before I bought my 545).
Everything else looks good, with one question though - they list "front and rear heated seats", but they don't list headlight washers or heated steering wheel. Does the car have the cold weather package, or doesn't it?

My Ride: 2005 545i | Titanium Silver | Sport, Premium, Cold Weather, Navigation packages | Style 124 staggered rims | iPod integration | Tinted windows
Looks like a good deal, but what about the mileage? They didn't mention that in the ad?
I also prefer the Navi option, but it's still a great car.
Concerning the last question, I believe for Canadian cars, there is no such thing as the cold-weather package. With the Premium package, you get the heated seats, the heated steering wheel and possibly the headlight washers - but I'm not 100% sure about the washers.

Once you get your E60, be sure to come back and share pictures with us. The guys on this site have amazing insight to mods and issues/suggestions on the E60's.
