I love the car, but some unacceptable announces for $60 grand
1.Absence of storage
2.Rattles
3.Cheap interior
4.I-Drive software user unfriendly and should remember last screen I was on on start up
5.Wipers should be automatic not only rain sensitive
6.Noise depend ate volume instead of speed dependant
7.RDS
8.Heated seats controls, fog lights, etc... Have to stay on until I turn them off
9.Sport seats not comfortable
10.Both mirrors should dip down and to the correct angle
11.Back seat path through should be lockable
12.Windows should be able to close and open from remote
Not necessarily in that order
Also BMW should stick to designing Ultimate Driving Machines and outsource Software to me
and interior design to Audi or VW ( Passat?s interior has better materials)

nope they do not.. at least here in the usa.or maybe there is something that i am missing.

You know what? I'm just glad I have a cup holder! My annoyance...which I think will be fixed by an upgrade...it the radio turning on automatically when I start the car...even if it was off before ignition shut-down.

The thing is don't like at the E60 :
* Bad quality of Dakota Leather (there are yet little pieces leather of, my dealer said if its go badder they gonna make photos and send to BMW)
*To big steeringweel (its a car not a bus)
*Stupid of non standard lights at feets (front and rear) and other nice lights (common what does it cost ?)
*That you can't set the seatbelt height
*Nav pro is al little slow
*Display can be more high resolution (Like MMI Audi)
* If you take wood of the begin a wood pieces in the gearbox lever
*I don't like the comfort of the standard seats and i don't want manuel to set them
*Even comfortable head rest in the 3th place rear
*bad warnings w on the display of i-drive. don't wanna see 'Door open ! ' but like 'Drivers door open !'
*Bad safety
* I don't like the cuurent stop lights i want LED stoplights
*That you can't see DVD movies when you're not driving
*The stupid headrest in the front i want Easy headrest to set up (now you're doing you're hands notwell when you try)
*That you can't look to WAP on you're i-drive (see mercedes)
*That you don't can see teletext with TV
* More lighted features (functions) like weel for the airblowers on the dash
*Dutch nav update
* Ohh well i stop here, if i think i can find more...
