Hi,
Well not much, but I keep hitting my left knee to door handle. It's hard stuff this trim... maybe this is one of those issues causing 4 stars in Euro NCAP. Maybe I should wear some paddings... inline skating gears would do.

The fact that the indicator cancelling system is too sensitive. I find that, if you turn the wheel a fraction of a rotation in the direction of indication and then have to straighten up BEFORE you make the actual turn, the indicators cancel.
Maybe that's why many people have a "downer" on BMW drivers for not indicating?

The cheap materials used for the interior and the poor surface finish of the Dakota leather. Everyone else does it better and so did BMW once upon a time before they got greedy and started Mercedes Benz like cost cutting. Something tells me they are going to have to start sorting this out soon if they don't want to suffer the same sales boycott MB experienced. People expect and deserve more for their money in this market segment.

Oh how times have changed. I recall when luxury cars came with such refinements as headrests and radio and maybe even seat belts as options, not as standard.
And now even the cheapest ?5-6K new car would've been the shear height of luxury 30 years ago...
What is the world coming to eh? I reckon we should just be happy that we are able to swan around in our E60s. There's an awful lot of people in this life that can't...
