If you can't find it under the hood, use a vin decoder with your vin number to decode and come up with a report showing all standard equipment and options, encluding color of car, from the original build sheet as the car rolled of the assembly line.

Go to BMW Parts Catalog enter the last 7 (8) of the vin and you will know everything about the car as it was built.
