I rightly figured that my post would cause some reaction. Entitlement generation. In the 1940's, kids your age were fighting Hitler and taking bullets for your freedom. Now you want BMWs, free health care, social security, bailouts from mortgages that you signed. You pay for little or nothing until you are 30 and then expect the government to kick in. Can't wait for the soon to be doc to start turning over 70% of his income to taxes or, better yet, have his income determined by Washington.
Wonder how many BMWs will be sold then.
Enjoy while you can.

And what were you doing in the 1940's? You are incredibly judgmental of someone you hardly know just because he is young and drives an E60 - its just a car! Just because someone is 30 doesn't mean they have to live sh#t poor. Cheer up dude! Don't hate the player, hate the game - but I guess you already do.
needless to say, i have never thought i was entitled to anything. but i WOULD LOVE to hear what the this guy has done that entitles him to drive a bmw.. based on his logic. honestly, i could care less what he does. i dont care if he is 16, im not a hater. if you have an e60, good for you however you got it. if you worked your ass off for it, good for you too. i could give a shit if jesus granted you a wish and you wished for a bmw. doesnt affect me.
why the hell is this thread 11 pages?

i dont know everyones story, but i am 26, been there done that. served my country for 7 years. seen the beautiful country of iraq. didnt have a whole lot growing up. was going to community college when i dropped out after 9/11 to join the military. i have since got out and used my 7 years experience to land a great job as a defense contractor, which i recently volunteered to go to Afghanistan as.

And yo, I've been wishing to Jesus for an M5 and a bag of cash, but He hasn't even bothered to make my girlfriend's tits and ass any bigger - not to mention the jackpot and the threesome with Megan Fox and Lucy Liu - I'm not even gonna talk about that! All I'm saying is, Jesus must love some children more than others if He does grant wishes like that ...
oh fvck, I'm gonna go to confession pray now after all this blasphemy... oh, wait, I'm not Catholic

You make a great argument. Have you thought of going to law school?

I got mine for my 20th birthday. My dad helped me out a lot with the down payment, now I only pay $280 a month. Which with my job is not too bad.
But i do worry sometimes id I'm going to be as successful as my parents, I got like 3 more years to get my Bachelors for Civil Engineering, after that I'll just see where life takes me.
How much longer is tis thread going to get
