I ALWAYS have my radio on. ALWAYS. today i was driving to work, I was kinda pissed off about something so i had my music off. I was just enjoying the quiet ride, and i noticed A TON of cabin noice. creaking and all sorts of weird stuff. sounds like it is coming from the doors maybe the dash too.

it seems that every door seal is making noise, maybe the seals rubbing against each other. really really bothered me. has anyone else noticed this. car only has 24K miles on it. it was a significant amount of noise. not loud, but quick and consistant.

go to the dealer and tell them to put teflon tape on all four doors. It will fix the problem.

Last time my car went in i had details abotu everything listed out about everything that was wrong and what needed to be done. i bet the service guys saw the e60.net clings and thought "f*cking A**holes"

Yup, door seals. My SA actually noticed mine (I also have the radio on), she made sure I got the door seals replaced and the teflon tape added before my warranty ran out.

That sure sounds like a case of the door seals. Be sure to replace all 4 at once. GL.
