Have you checked the window trim seals? I know when I installed shadowline trim I didn't put the seal back right, so I always had a little water seaping in.

I think he meant 'white' boxes aka MPM...which your car may already have relocated.
+1 if they're not put on the door correctly they will leak but that should affect your passengersfloor and door not the pillar. I agree with sunroof because it's a known issue for some.

I have the same problem and given up trying to fix it. What I have is a poorly sealed sunroof cassette. My leak is not the drain, I poured a small cup of water at the sunroof and the water drained out behind the rear wheels. The seal in between the cassette and where the drain pocket meets somehow got seperated. The fix requires sealant on both sides. Which in turn requires the whole sunroof cassette to be dropped to apply sealant on the inside. This sucks, and right now I ain't got time to do this repair. May be I'll tackle this this summer, as a DIY? lol

I knew it was going to be a big job so that figure does somewhat sound about par. Just removing the top liner requires a lot of work, let alone dropping the whole sunroof. Well, never again will I ever go through a car wash. Ha, that might just be a good thing. If you do decide to go through with the repair, please share the experience here. Good luck
