My Ride: 2006 530i Black/Black, Premium, Steptronic, 28%tint

the speaker under the front passenger seat is making a popping sound. Does anyone know if it is covered under warranty and if they will replace it for free? Thanks

I'm sure they will. Those are the subs, or arguably good mid range speakers. They will replace it, if you didn't do anything to it in the first place.
