the rims could be bent, even though they balance out. usually the inner barrel gets tweaked, and causes vibrations. does your tire shop have a cover over the wheel while balancing? they might not be able to see it out of round. have them look at the inner wheel edge while spinning on the balancer. if they are bent, a wheel repair place can straighten them out easy.

True. I have to ask them if they had the cover on. The rims are remanufactured rims. I just got then 2 weeks ago. Suppose to b straight and true. The seller is reputable with100 feedback 0 complaints. I did speak with them about what happens if I do have a bent rim. They said they would gladly replace it. He said all the rims they sell are straight and true. Time would tell

Another interesting point is that my previous rims came of the f10 aswell. Style 350m wheels. Had no issue with those

I would think the techs balancing the wheels could detect a bent rim or one with a hop etc. My guess is that the problem comes from the tires and perhaps the way they mount them. I had a similar problem with a set of conti extremes coming from michelins. Vibration and what seemed like flat spots from over night. After six time of balancing at a tire kingdom, Conti referred me to a different shop. This indy shop was able to balance them correctly and mount them to the car and since them I have not had any issues except for the flat spot feeling but that goes away after a few. Maybe look to see if there is a good shop that really knows what they are doing. I am not a fan (in my case) of having high school kids or techs that you never see again balance my tires....

Good point. Thanks. I'm thinking of having the tires dismounted and remounted back on the rims. See if that helps. This is really frustrating I tell u

I'm having a similar issue and I know for a fact it's not the rims I'm using. The only
Change has been the cheap Chinese & Korean tires I chose to use. The Accelera

Well I have a update. Got one of the rims exchanged that seemed to have a hop wen balancing. That helped a lot. Still had some small vibration in steering wheel. Got them balanced again from same local shop. Didn't help much. So finally got them road forced. Now that fixed the problem. Going to get the rears done next. I think I can feel a little on the seat. Very minute though
