Version 12 and RDS

No RDS option around the i drive.
Where is that option? I think that in the first weeks it was there, but not now!!!!??
I tried both keys and it's the same.... i will give up on RDS.

It's in the "i" menu, but it's not RDS it's TMC.
TP can be selected or deselected in the "set" menu by pushing the controller in the radio station menu.

You maybe correct. I've got the standard radio which only has one tuner I think. Will get some pictures soon.

OK here's a picture of the RDS check/uncheck box.
It appears in memorised and manual frequency settings when the "SET" option/menu is chosen.
To confirm I have version 12.1.2 installed. Before s/w update I also had this RDS function.

BMW530 - Thanks for this last picture in particular. I have been trying to work out whether my car is functioning as per specification and frankly that's difficult when the software version issue comes into the equation. My 525SE is a May 04 delivery (not sure of build date) and the attached picture shows how my Entertainment screen differs from yours - ie no RDS check box and the screen does not 'remember' the station names except when on Manual frequency selection or in the bottom line of the iDrive screen.
I don't hav navigation and have the 'standard' Air Con. Looks like I need to take the pictorial evidence to the dealer and get them to 'make it so'.
