My Ride: 2009 DINAN 135 convertible
As you probably know, I have been shopping for a new car now that mine is 5 years old and I don't really need 4 doors. I have driven the 135 coupe, a 128 vert, an M3, a 335 coupe, and a 2003 911. I honestly can say that after driving those cars, which all were great (save the power of the 128), I got back in my car, revved the engine, dropped the clutch, and got the same old rush that just can't be beat.
When I walk out to the car in parking lots, I still stare at it.
Even though I have it for sale, I'm actually thinking I may just keep it. The only car I drove that I thought "I could trade my car for this" was the M3. I was underimpressed with the power of the 911 vs my 545.
am I nuts?

My Ride: 545 modded the F out
Not at all. The only thing I would trade my car in for is an M5... But then I would turn around and mod it to look like my 545.
+1 on the stop and stare comment...LOL.... i do the same, but I also take a pic of it with my Iphone.... which i never end up looking at.

Keep it bro. 545 is a badass machine and as long as you take care of it I'm sure it will last you. I even love my little shit 530. Actually, screw it. I'm gonna go for a drive right now and find a cool spot to take pics for all of you! Muahah!

Considering I raced an IS-F 30 minutes ago and won I can without a doubt say that the 545i is quite awesome!
The reason I won was because I got a perfect launch and he had 3 other people in the car.

I figured that there was a reason. Normally, the IF-S should eat up 545 or 550 in a sprint.
I still lust after an M3 but I'm not in the position to spend that kind of money.
Other than the M3 I can't think of any car that I want more than my 545 that I can remotely afford. The V8 5er with sport package is a hell of car. I have no problem spinning the tires and enjoy watching the stability control work to keep me straight as I launch out of side streets onto main roads. Loads of fun
