The appearance is not all that there is to V25. The iDrive performance (response time) is supposed to be significantly improved. I am having mine upgraded from V19.1 to V25 this week, I hope. It's in the shop now and they are working off my list of items which includes a valid complaint that would require V25. I will know more later today and will update you after I get the car back.

I didn't get V25, I think it is V24.1 and the CD player still keeps on playing after key-off. I have to go back to get some other stuff fixed due to parts on order, so I may just wait a bit and request V25 again to fix the CD problem. Can anyone confirm the V25 really fixes the CD problem? I am not sure it is worth updating again unless it really fixes it.

Another major improvement (which I did not notice right away), the i-drive screen now starts up from the last screen it was in, instead of then menu screen.

Only ppl with CCC get those fancy Color menus/background and all... V25.0 dont change anything on non-NAV IDrives.
