Uneven Sound Output

Hello everyone... I'm new at this so please let me know if i'm doing something wrong... thanks...
Ok I just received delivery of my 525iSE in Thailand. I'm an international student studying here. For some reason the L7 package is not offered here in Thailand according to my dealer. I think thats BS. Now I'm stuck with the regular sound. Anyways my problem is, the sound coming is uneven, like the sound on the right front door seems to be the loudest and when i drive... thats all I hear. So I have to adjust the Fad and Bal so it gives some sound to the left speakers. Is there anyway I can even this out? without setting my fad and ball halfway to the back and halfway to the left? Please HELP ME!!

I was just in Bangkok three week ago staying at the Conrad on Wireless Road-- are you using the dealer just off the corner?

No my dealer is all the way at Chon Buri... I just started living here for a month... Can anyone please tell me where the Amplifier is on my car? I mean the original one...
