I have had the car for a little over 2 weeks now and have not had the opportunity to really drive it. So, this weekend I took a little trip from Berlin to Hamburg and back. I must say what a ride! Everything is working as it should! (hopefully it stays that way)Nav got me out of areas I had never come across before! Better then the E39 did.(but that is what I paid for!) I just cruised at first since I am still in the break in phase but on an open stretch, I let loose just a little up to 205km and it was like driving at 50km! What a difference in ride comfort and stability against the E39, which was no slouch. On the way back I took the back roads for some twisty fun I still have not removed the Joker grin from my face yet! I will posts picks after I wash her!

Sounds like a great time and a great ride! Can't wait till I get mine!! Got a 530i for Oct production in the works. A question for you...I didn't get the HUD of Comfort Seats and now having second thoughts. Any advise 2 weeks into your ownership experience? Tnx, Red

Hud is a great tool! Never took my eyes of the road and did not need to look at the main Nav screen since it shows up in the Hud! IMHO a must have! On the comfort seats, I did not get them because I like the sport seats since I had them in my E39 but if I could go back, I would must likely get the comfort seats also!
