tuning active roll stabilization

I have ARS on my car.
The ARS system works great in continuous bends, when it starts to detect car roll, it's not very responsive (remain the "soft" setting) but will stablize at certain level (say after half a second) and not going to let the car roll further. The harder you push the car, the quicker the ARS respond.
