Trying to remove drivers door panel for noise...

My Ride: 2004 530i
Im trying to remove the interior of the drivers door panel because of an odd noise. everytime i shut this door it makes a metal sound instead of a nice quiet close. Also, the little knob that shows when the car is locked or not on the top of the door panel, shakes when i go on an uneven road. If anoyone could assist me on how to take off the panel or maybe know whats causing the noise?! thanks alot
