By the way the car was in limp mode stuck in 3rd gear

Well my transmission guy cleared the codes but can't work on the car for a couple weeks because of holidays and Christmas being around the corner so I'm kind of stuck zf sucks balls
You would think that bmw would use better parts

I've been told that it's not a sports car its a family car
So pretty much drive it like a grandparent what's the use of a car if you can't have fun every now and again in it without something breaking

not sure if its avalible in australia but get an extended warranty. I did that over here and walked out with a brand new transmission my started to also have issues around 124K miles dont let it get so far out that you're stuck driving 40 miles on the freeway
