Tranny Issue - Mechatronics?

My Ride: 2006 530i Alpine White on Black interior, Sport and Premium Package, Steptronic, Navigation, Xenon Adaptive Headlights, Mtec V2.1 angel eyes,Hoen Fog Lights, Full M-Tech kit, ACS pedals, LED plate lights, CF Steering Wheel badge, CF Titanium trim, OE
Im about to do the whole trans service all body sleeve, trans pan gasket and solenoids/mechatronics and they are charging me $400 for all that, is this reasonable? Its about 6to 8 hr work
I only noticing jarsh shifting but since i just hir 100k miles i figures to just do the while trans service. What do you guys think $400 is reasonable price? $400 includes everything

Thanks for the reply guys, eventhough right now im just feeling harsh shifting i just thought that i will go ahead and do the whole transmission service, i guess im making the right decision and since you guys tell me its reasonable price im gonna go ahead and do it.
