True, but the ride quality is aweful. EVERY bump can be felt... even if there was a bit of dirt on the road!

Quick note I was at home for lunch and the jack says 2 tons so maybe Costco only sells them in the stores? As far as

Runflat vs non Flat there shouldnt be a debate cause your screwed either way.
